Tribute to Marie-Laure de Decker

As part of the program dedicated to intimacy, Pablo Saavedra de Decker will give a moving talk on the work of his mother, photographer Marie-Laure de Decker, whose work is the subject of a major retrospective at the Maison Européenne de la Photographie this year, following many years of research.

Through his personal accounts, Pablo Saavedra will reflect on the commitment, sensitivity and power of Marie-Laure de Decker's images, and in particular on the intimate aspects of her work, between portraits of loved ones, scenes of life and immersions in distant worlds.
