Reservations must be made via our online ticketing service. We do not take reservations by telephone or e-mail.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
MEANS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED:
Tickets for exhibitions, conferences and shows can be paid for by cash or credit card.
American Express and bank checks are not accepted.
RESTAURATION
On-site in the Refectory, tea room and restaurant. Open from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
It is forbidden to consume outside the Refectory.

Exit the A13 at Deauville, then follow signs for Deauville.
The A13 is now free-flowing, so you pay at the end of your journey.

Le Réfectoire - Dining at Les Franciscaines
More than just a light dining room, its large communal table and south-facing terrace are designed for conviviality and relaxation, while contributing to the identity of the site, its attractiveness and its place in the city.
Bookshop
Discover the selection of books, games and gifts created by Benoît, the Franciscaines' bookseller, as well as the program of upcoming book signings. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Cloister and in the extension of the Cour des Expositions, the Bookshop-Boutique is open during Franciscan opening hours.

Les Franciscaines is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. An elevator provides access to all floors.
A wheelchair is available free of charge for visitors wishing to use it. A piece of identification will be requested as a guarantee of return.
Les Franciscaines makes its exhibitions accessible to all kinds of visitors, with specially adapted mediation tools.
Les Franciscaines invites you to discover its exhibitions through a dozen commentaries of adapted works, combining technical descriptions, cultural context and art history.
Visits in French Sign Language are organized. Scheduled on specific dates, these visits are led by a deaf sign language speaker who presents the works in the exhibition.
