Thibault Cauvin
An exceptional concert at the heart of Thibault's new adventure.
An album composed entirely of original works, a sublime tour of carefully chosen venues, an intoxicating display of light, sound and stage, and a Parisian rendezvous at the Opéra Garnier, the fruit of a fleeting encounter in Hong Kong with cab driver Wong twenty years ago.
Thibault will never be more himself, his classical guitar becoming an enchanted boat to an exquisite elsewhere. Words, so precious to him, take on an even greater role in a music that knows no borders, no areas, no limits. Then there's the poetry of the moment, for which he has the secret, the art of creating unique moments of communion, of stopping time...
Winner of 36 international prizes, Thibault Cauvin has long been considered one of the world's greatest virtuosos. His classical guitar then took on the colors of the world, with performances on prestigious stages in 130 countries. The rocker's soul he inherited from his father has led him to play for all kinds of audiences, bringing them together with a rare communicative energy. The encounters and adventures he has shared, including a recent duet with -M-, have nourished his thirst for freedom and his childhood dreams. Today, a new page has been turned: an unprecedented, multi-faceted epic, both intimate and flamboyant, initiated several months ago with the publication of his first novel, Alter Ego, and more recently with the release of his album.
