By understanding the works and documents entrusted to them, both as a medium of expression and as a material, the conservator-restorer ensures their longevity, while respecting their meaning and physical integrity. Charlotte Despagne, a state-qualified conservator-restorer, will introduce the Franciscans to this fascinating profession.
