Capa, the image factory
with Michel Lefebvre and Patrick Peccatte
The incredible story of the first photojournalist Robert Capa by one of today's leading experts.
Robert Capa is certainly "the world's greatest war photographer", as the English Picture Post wrote in 1937. He covered five wars - Spain, China, the Second World War, Israel and Indochina - and each time he brought back the best photos. When he died in Indochina in April 1954, he left thousands of photos scattered all over the world.
