Rachel Khan is a classical dancer, a French track and field champion, and a lawyer in international public law. She works on fundamental rights and the principle of non-discrimination. Accompanied by Frédéric Encel, she reviews the major contemporary issues.

In 2009 she joined the cabinet of the President of the IDF Region, as a cultural advisor. In 2013, she was appointed by the White House to the "international leaders" program.

In 2019, she becomes the general manager of the association 1000 Visages. President of the youth and sports commission of the LICRA. In 2020, she is appointed co-director of La Place, the HIP HOP cultural center of the city of Paris. In charge of the "culture" pages in the Franc-Tireur newspaper, she regularly speaks on LCI, I24 and RCJ.Racée, her essay published in March 2021 by Editions de l'Observatoire received the 2021 Political Book Prize.
Frédéric Encel has a doctorate in geopolitics and is a lecturer at Sciences-Po Paris. He was awarded the Grand Prix de la Société de Géographie. He is a former geopolitical columnist on France Inter and the author of some fifteen geopolitical works, including the latest: Les 100 mots de la guerre (Presses universitaires de France, 2020). Member of the Committee of the magazine Hérodote and of the Jury of the Geopolitical Book Prize (President: Jean-Yves Le Drian).
