Three inspiring days with Normandes en tête
On March 5, 6 and 8, Les Franciscaines hosted the latest edition of Normandes en tête, the event dedicated to inspiring women to mark International Women's Rights Day.
This year, the theme of surpassing oneself was at the heart of the meetings. Sportswomen, artists and adventurers came to share their experiences, their challenges and the paths that led them to push back their limits.
Highlights included a round-table discussion with a number of personalities from remarkable backgrounds, a spectacular tightrope-walking performance in Le Cloître, cultural encounters and an exceptional exhibition tour in the presence of artist Valérie Belin.
A day dedicated to schoolchildren also gave youngsters the chance to meet these inspiring personalities and exchange views on boldness and self-confidence.
