Discover the captivating story of the reciprocal influence between Japanese and French artists, from the Impressionists to the present day. Les Franciscaines, in partnership with Tokyo's Mori Art Museum, invites you to explore this artistic dialogue through a unique exhibition featuring Impressionist works inspired by Japonism and contemporary Asian creations.

From the Meiji era, when Ukiyo-e captivated Europe, to contemporary reinterpretations, this event explores the deep links between cultures through carefully selected works. Don't miss this visual and cultural immersion, revealing surprising and timeless artistic connections.

The exhibition Floating Worlds, from Japonism to Contemporary Art is on view from June 22 to September 22.

To mark the 150th anniversary of Impressionism, this exhibition is part of the Normandie Impressionniste festival.
