Guided by two facilitators, participants explore the world of Claude Monet through an approach that is both cultural and meditative.
This two-voice tour combines insights into the works with moments of reflection, observation, and mindfulness, offering a new way to experience art.
An experience that fosters a dialogue between body and mind, echoing the landscapes and gardens that so deeply inspired the master of Impressionism.
