Villa du Temps retrouvé
From March 1 to November 10, 2025, Les Franciscaines is lending the Villa du Temps retrouvé in Cabourg 18 works to renew its Belle Époque exhibition on the theme of women artists and women of influence.
An immersive, participatory experience, the scenography combines visual, sound, musical, digital and olfactory ambiences to plunge you into the atmosphere of the early 20th century, while spotlighting the key women of the period.
Of the 18 works on loan, 2 are from the Peindre en Normandie Collection and 16 are from the Franciscan collections, including 7 paintings and 9 photographs by the artist Sarah Bernhardt, presented in rotation by 3.
