Created in 2011, the annual Normandes en têtes event promotes and encourages the initiatives of active, creative, committed and entrepreneurial women in the region.
In 2022, the event, always federating and rich in meetings and rebounds, invests Les Franciscaines.

An inspiring meeting, in the Franciscan Chapel. A strong time, combining conference and exchanges, with a cultural and creative dimension, for women in charge or in the process of being so.
Fanny Auger holds a Master's degree in Modern Literature (Paris IV Sorbonne), and is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris. After a first career in fashion and luxury goods, in Paris, Dubai and Milan, she has been the Director and entrepreneur of The School of Life Paris since April 2014. She is also the brand manager of Nature et Découvertes. Passionate about culture and education, she is dedicated to transmission in all its forms: teaching, talent management, mentoring and mutual aid. She publishedTrêve de Bavardages. retrouvé le goût de la conversation(Editions KERO- Calmann-Levy) in 2017.
