Lin Zhipeng Aka No.223
On the occasion of his twentieth anniversary, Chinese photographer Lin Zhipeng, Aka No.223, looks back on his career and his intimate, free visual universe. This meeting, moderated by independent curator Simon Baker, accompanies the opening of his 20 Years exhibition, featuring a selection of emblematic photographs from the last twenty years, and the signing of his book.
An emblematic figure on the contemporary Chinese art scene, Lin Zhipeng Aka No.223 has been developing a deeply personal body of work over the past two decades, characterized by sensuality, youth and freedom. Through his intimate portraits and everyday scenes, he captures an urban generation in search of experiences and emotions. In this meeting, he talks about his career, his influences, his instinctive approach to photography and his relationship with intimacy.
