The Match That Changed Tennis
Melbourne, 2012. Australian Open final. Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal clash in an extraordinary match that will become the longest Grand Slam match in history: 5 hours and 53 minutes of extreme intensity. More than a final, it was a veritable war of attrition in which the two champions pushed back their physical and mental limits. Through archive footage, analysis and personal accounts, this documentary looks back at this historic moment that marked a turning point in the evolution of the sport.

At just 19 years of age, Ksenia Chasteau is already one of the greatest hopefuls of French wheelchair tennis. A former able-bodied player, she discovered the sport after a motorcycle accident at the age of 15. Since then, she has been fighting a two-pronged battle: to regain her mobility and to reach the highest sporting level. At the end of 2024, she made a radical decision to undergo a second amputation, with the ultimate goal of being able to walk again thanks to a prosthesis. The documentary follows her through her ordeal, from hospitalization and rehabilitation to her return to competition.
