The Famous Flammarion Festival Returns to Les Franciscaines!
On October 17 and 18, Les Franciscaines will host the second edition of the Fameux Festival Flammarion. Over the course of two days, authors, journalists, historians, and artists will share their stories, ideas, and perspectives on the world through discussions and dialogues.
On the program: Gisèle Pelicot, who will discuss her life story and her work alongside Judith Perrignon; Virginie Grimaldi, who will meet with readers of *Ouest-France* to discuss her new novel , *D’autres printemps*; Marie Vareille, who will present *Nous qui avons connu Solange*; Pascal Picq, who will explore the big questions facing our society through the lens of prehistory; and Yasmina Khadra, who will discuss her new novel and the upheavals of the contemporary world.
And many other events featuring authors and guests will punctuate this literary weekend! Not to mention the famous “Grande Dédicace,” held on Sunday morning, which will give the public a chance to meet the authors and have their books signed.
A weekend dedicated to literature, reflection, and sharing—perfect for families or fellow book lovers!
