Save the date: June 7 and 8 are the Deauville Green Awards!

For the past 12 years, the Deauville Green Awards Festival has been committed to bringing together the most innovative impact initiatives and the best in responsible audiovisual creation for Norman audiences.

François Morgant, Festival President: "It's a film festival that's unique in the world in its multi-format composition, as it brings together 3 major types of film: documentaries, commercials and information films, all revolving around the ecological and societal transition that's on the horizon! "

It's only natural that the festival should take place every year in this municipality committed to environmental issues.

Philippe Augier, Mayor of Deauville: " Deauville is one of the first five French towns to be certified as a "Sustainable Innovative Destination". This new national standard aims to accelerate the challenges of sustainable tourism and eco-responsible events throughout the destination."

The two-day program includes

• Wednesday June 7 - A special day at Les Franciscaines for students from Normandy, with a free, tailor-made program from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (masterclasses, screenings, debates) followed by an evening conference focusing on the region's initiatives to accelerate the energy transition.

Also new this year, during the 2 days of the festival, Deauville's Cinéma Morny is offering a selection of the best films in the competition: screenings and debates will be held in the presence of personalities, associations and scientists!
